Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Sherman Woods Ranches offers refunds under the following conditions:

• — Requests must be made within 30 days of service commencement
• — The request must be submitted in writing
• — Services must not have been substantially completed
• — Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has occurred

2. Services Covered

• — Retainer fees for ongoing management services (prorated)
• — Project-based service fees (if not substantially begun)
• — Prepaid service packages (prorated based on services not rendered)

3. Non-Refundable Items

• — Completed consultations and site evaluations
• — Third-party costs already incurred
• — Services substantially completed
• — Custom reports and documentation already delivered
• — Emergency or expedited service fees

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. 2. Include your name, agreement number, and reason
3. 3. Our team will review within 5 business days
4. 4. If approved, refunds processed within 10-14 business days

5. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel ongoing services, please refer to your service agreement. Generally, services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Refunds will be calculated based on the prorated unused portion of prepaid fees.
